Embedding Everything DiSC® into an organisation delivers meaningful, lasting behavioural change which benefits individuals, teams and entire organisations. It is, however, important that this change can be felt and seen graphically. We recommend assessments are conducted at the following intervals: Pre-session, and Post-session at 1 month, 4 months, 8 months, and 12 months and ideally, each assessment includes: Self-Assessment, Peer Feedback, and Manager Feedback.
There are a number of ways that we can show these improvements in behavioural change in terms of improving scores and closer alignment between the assessments of individuals with their peers and managers over time.
Self-Assessment examples:
- Communication Effectiveness
- I am able to adapt my communication style based on the person I’m speaking with.
- I listen actively and show understanding even when I disagree.
- I am aware of how my DiSC style influences how others perceive my communication.
- I use what I’ve learned about others’ DiSC styles to communicate more effectively.
- Optional: Describe a situation where you applied DiSC learning to improve communication.
- Conflict Confidence
- I feel confident in handling disagreements constructively.
- I remain calm and productive in emotionally charged situations.

NB: Visualisation of Assessment Data
To communicate the behavioural change over time, the following visualisation techniques are recommended:
- Radar Charts (Spider Charts): Compare self, peer, and manager ratings across behavioural areas. Use to show progress at various time points or overlap lines to visualise change.
- Bar Graphs (Time-Based): Track average scores across time points. Use clustered bars grouped by behaviour themes.
- Heatmaps: Highlight differences in score levels across time points. Rows = behavioural items, Columns = time points, Colours = intensity of score.
- Line Graphs (Progression): Show score progression for individuals or teams over time. Use one line per behaviour per person/team.
- Word Clouds: Generate from open text responses to highlight commonly mentioned themes.
- Quote Highlights / Testimonial Tiles: Use select responses to showcase real-world examples of change.
- Triangulation Dashboards: Interactive dashboards combining data from self, peers, and managers. Use filters by time, team, or theme.
- Bonus Features: Consider traffic light scoring or change markers to show percentage improvements.
Ensuring that lasting benefits are gained from embedding Everything DiSC® into an organisation is critical. Assessing the extent to which this positive behavioural change is embedded is important and this can only be demonstrated through regular assessments as outlined in this blog. In organisations where Everything DiSC® becomes rooted there will be a continuous improvement and alignment in results from the recommended assessments.
