The Programme
Our Open DiSC Facilitator Training Programme will give you the knowledge, skills, and confidence to deliver a powerful and engaging Everything DiSC session. Whether you are working face-to-face or virtually, this programme will allow you to deepen your teams’ self-awareness, boost their performance, and improve workplace culture.
Led by our own expert facilitators, this virtual, interactive programme offers an expert, yet accessible way of adding the range of Everything DiSC profiles and programmes to your toolbox. It is designed for HR, learning & development professionals, independent consultants, trainers, and coaches. We also welcome leaders from diverse industries who are looking to heighten self-awareness and to embed DiSC within their organisations.
The programme focuses on understanding and using the Everything DiSC Workplace profile, taking participants on a journey of ‘Discover, React and Adapt’. This pathway enhances self-awareness, develops understanding and tolerance of others, and encourages behavioural change. This approach enables participants to learn the power of Everything DiSC from a personal perspective, whilst also understanding and experiencing how to deliver a DiSC workshop to a group or team.

Who is the Open DiSC Facilitator Training Programme for?
This Everything DiSC® facilitator training programme is best suited for HR professionals, L&D specialists, managers, coaches, and consultants. It’s designed for anyone who wants to deliver DiSC workshops, coaching sessions or team development programmes with confidence. No matter your role, the focus is on helping you apply DiSC in real-world settings.
How much time do I need to commit?
The programme consists of three live three-hour modules delivered on Zoom over three consecutive weeks, totalling nine hours of facilitated training. In addition, you will need to complete approximately six hours of self-directed pre and post module work, including practice sessions delivering 121 and team feedback, podcasts, reading, and an open book, multiple choice assessment. The programme is designed to fit around busy working schedules.
What support do I receive after the programme?
Fruitful’s support does not end with the programme. We have a dedicated team to ensure you create real, sustainable behavioural change within your teams and organisations. All Fruitful EPIC Account holders get lifetime access to our Fruitful facilitators network, exclusive Members’ Area resources, CPD webinars led by our experts, and prompt specialist 121 support. We’re here to help you continue applying DiSC in your work or organisation, no matter how long it’s been since the programme ended.
Are there any additional costs?
To get started, you will require an EPIC Account, which is the platform used to generate and manage DiSC profiles. This costs £195 plus VAT and is recommended for anyone planning to use DiSC with clients or within their organisation on an ongoing basis. By having your own EPIC Account, you will have administrative control over profile generation and will be able to brand them with your own details. Fruitful provides ongoing training and technical support for Fruitful EPIC Account holders.
What is the difference between the Open and In-House DiSC Facilitator Training Programme?
The Open Programme brings together individuals from different organisations and industries, creating a rich peer learning environment. It runs on fixed dates and is delivered virtually on Zoom. The In-House Programme is tailored specifically to your organisation’s objectives and can be delivered either virtually or in person at a venue of your choice, making it ideal for teams of HR or L&D professionals who want to train together.
