The Programme
Our In-House DiSC Facilitator Training Programme can be delivered online or in-person and is tailored specifically to the group’s experience and objectives.
Our Programme’s key focus is typically around the Everything DiSC Workplace Profile, giving participants the knowledge, skills and confidence to deliver powerful, engaging DiSC sessions to leaders, managers, teams or individuals. This deepens self-awareness, boosts team performance & improves culture – whether you are working face-to-face or virtually.
The programme takes participants on a journey of ‘Discover, React and Adapt’. This pathway enhances self-awareness, develops understanding and tolerance of others and stimulates behavioural change as individuals and teams learn how to adapt to others and work more effectively with each other. Our approach equips and empowers participants with Everything DiSC from a personal growth perspective, whilst also enabling the understanding and experience of how to run impactful DiSC workshops.

In-house Virtual Programme
Our In-house Virtual DiSC Facilitator Training Programme is a flexible, accessible way to add Everything DiSC profiles and programmes to your organisation’s internal toolkit.
Programme format:
- 9 hours of live, facilitator-led learning
- Usually delivered as 2 x 3.5-hour interactive modules
- 6 hours of self-directed pre/post-module work
- Includes practice sessions, 121 and team feedback, podcasts, reading and knowledge quizzes
- Designed to run over 2 consecutive weeks
- Flexible delivery available to suit operational needs, timescales and busy diaries
In-house In-person Programme
Our In-house In-Person DiSC Facilitator Training Programme is a practical, facilitator-led learning experience delivered face-to-face.
Programme format:
- 2-day interactive programme
- Delivered at our training venue or a venue of your choice
- Facilitator-led, classroom-based learning
- Designed to help participants see Everything DiSC in action
- Includes approximately 3 hours of essential self-directed pre/post-work
- Additional learning may include reading, videos and a DiSC style podcast to support understanding and application

Who is the In-House DiSC Facilitator Training Programme for?

What is the difference between the virtual and in-person programme?
The virtual programme consists of 9 hours of live, facilitator-led interactive modules, typically delivered across three consecutive weeks, plus 6 hours of self-directed pre and post module work. The in-person programme is a comprehensive 2-day experience delivered at Fruitful’s training venue or a venue of your choice, with approximately 3 hours of additional self-directed work included.
What will I be able to do after completing the programme?
By the end of the programme you will be equipped to deliver powerful Everything DiSC team workshops, run 121 feedback sessions, integrate DiSC into your coaching and L&D strategy, and generate and interpret profiles for others. You will also receive a DiSC certificate upon successful completion.
What support is available after the programme ends?
Fruitful’s support does not end with the programme. We have a dedicated team to ensure you create real sustainable behavioural change within your teams and organisations. You’ll get lifetime access to the Fruitful facilitators network, exclusive Members’ Area resources, CPD webinars led by our experts, and prompt specialist 121 support. We’re here to help you continue applying DiSC in your work or organisation, no matter how long it’s been since the programme ended. Do I need any prior experience or qualifications to join?
No prior DiSC experience is required. The programme is designed to meet participants where they are, adapting to the knowledge and experience level of the group. Fruitful’s facilitators create a welcoming and interactive learning environment so everyone can engage and progress with confidence.
What do I need to do to successfully complete the programme?
