What’s the difference between a regular DiSC profile and Catalyst?
Traditional DiSC profiles are delivered as a static PDF. Learners can only view their own results, and each new profile requires a separate questionnaire.
On Catalyst, learners access a dynamic, interactive platform where results, tips, and learning modules are all in one place. They can compare styles with colleagues, explore group maps, and return for ongoing insights that grow over time.
Can colleagues see each other’s styles?
Yes. Understanding colleagues’ styles builds stronger relationships and better teamwork. Only members of your organisation can view each other’s styles, and individuals can choose to keep their profile private if they prefer.
Do learners get immediate access to results?
It’s entirely up to you. Facilitators can choose whether to reveal DiSC styles immediately after completion or wait until the start of the session.
How do I move existing learners to Catalyst?
Upgrading is simple. Using your EPIC platform, you can move individual or group learners to Catalyst in just a few clicks with our useful guide.
Are there resources to help me learn Catalyst?
Yes. We provide full guidance, templates, and facilitator support to help you get started. The Catalyst platform is intuitive and designed to enhance, not replace, your facilitation.
