George, thank you for your brilliant support yesterday. Myself and the team noticed how well you facilitated our session – lightning quick rapport building, thought provoking facilitation and a great sense of humour as well. Seriously, well done and thank you.

George Blakeway

Managing Director (DiSC Style Di)

After commissioning as an Army Officer from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, my military career soon lead to commercial roles. Firstly in the oil industry and subsequently Coca-Cola.
To this diverse background you can add the badge of a semi-professional rugby player and Captain of Worcester Warriors. I’m certainly not one to just sit back and relax!

I set up the Fruitful Group over 20 years ago specialising in Leadership and Management Development and Team Performance. My extensive experience of DiSC is a great help when designing our own facilitation programmes. I’m also on hand to help our learning and development professionals to design and deliver sessions for their own clients or organisations.

As a high Di style, I’m pretty active and pioneering. People of my style also tend to be self-starters, which may explain why I left corporate life to set up Fruitful in 2002 and have since worked with organisations such as Barclays, Sky, British Gas, Marriott Hotels, Deutsche Bank, Lego and the NHS.

My work takes me all over the world including the Middle-East, Asia and Africa, so a love of travel comes in very handy.

In addition to Everything DiSC, I also sport an honours degree in Management Science, Diplomas in Marketing and Industrial Studies and am qualified in MBTI and SDI. So, my diverse experience is a huge asset to the Fruitful family.

There are few people in your career that truly inspire, challenge and develop you. Heidi is one of those few people that has had a significant impact on my career as a HR leader.

Heidi Blakeway

Director (DiSC Style iD)

Before my Fruitful life, I worked in HR & Learning & Development roles for large corporates such as Marks & Spencer, IKEA and npower and other, smaller businesses too.

I’ve always been fascinated by psychometric profiling and passionate about investing in people to ensure that they are motivated and driven in their role.
I’m now able to share this knowledge and experience with you.

From sitting on both sides of the fence, I am well placed to understand what you need as a facilitator or a client. Because I’ve experienced the issues you are likely to face, I can help you to design and deliver engaging, interactive programmes that get results.

My i DiSC style means I naturally inspire and energise participants by making sure that programmes are enjoyable and upbeat. I’m all about people, so welcoming new facilitators to the Fruitful family and connecting people is what I do best.

As you’ve probably guessed I really love working with new people and clients – I’m looking forward to meeting you already!

Lisa is a delight to work with. She is knowledgeable and super supportive and always turns around my queries or requests in record time, enabling me to serve my clients even better.
So glad she is on board at the Fruitful toolbox as I feel there is always someone there who has my back when I need them.

Lisa Evans

Director of Client Relations (DiSC Style DC)

Before joining the Fruitful team in February 2016, I graduated in Psychology at the University of Worcester with a First Degree in 2014.

I then applied for a place on a HEFCE funded programme to study towards an Executive MBA in Leadership and Management. Following a rigorous interview process I began my studies in September 2014 whilst working full-time as a Digital Communications Administrator.

I have studied a wide range of topics across Leadership and Management giving me the ability to translate organisational strategy into effective performance. I also combined my studies with a full-time role as Senior Departmental Administrator at the University of Worcester Business School, supporting the Business Development Team.

I now support the Fruitful Team by helping to grow the business and most importantly, supporting all our fantastic DiSC and Five Behaviours Facilitators.

My high DC DiSC style means I am efficient, work at a fast pace, and love getting things done! I like to hit the ground running, learn everything and I am keen to get up to speed with everyone and everything as a soon as possible. I am easy to get on with, straightforward and I love to overcome challenges. I value genuine relationships and look forward to building many of these within the Fruitful family.

Ruth Goss

Business Support Manager (DiSC Style CS)

I joined the Fruitful family in May 2024, bringing with me a wealth of experience in administrative roles. My passion for organisation and team support ignited when I started my first Apprenticeship in 2011. Over the years, I developed into the role of Office Manager, where I played a key role in implementing new systems to enhance efficiency within the office. This role often included working with stakeholders such as local councils, LEPs and the European Regional Development Fund. Using my skills and passion for organising I launched my own Virtual Bookkeeping and PA business providing support to various industries over the UK.

My CS style means I am known for my calm and methodical approach for resolving enquires and managing tasks. I’m looking forward to supporting our talented network of DiSC Facilitators and helping to answer your DiSC questions and solve your organisational challenges

Leanne Halpin

Client Relationship Manager (DiSC Style i)

Before joining Fruitful I worked as a Product Development Manager for a digital learning company where I played a part in the creation and enhancement of digital Learning Management System (LMS) products for blue-chip companies in the hospitality sector. In addition to the ‘hard’ skills I picked up in the role, I learned a huge amount about the impact that good, and bad, communication can have on the success of a project and team!

I then spent three years at a leading a Business Consultancy focussed on delivering sustainable growth to Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs). The role gave me a real insight into the common pain points experienced by companies across a wide range of sectors. It was from here that I discovered the power of Everything DiSC in addressing many of these challenges. I saw first-hand the dramatic impact that better communication, brought about by an understanding of the DiSC behavioural styles, had on a business and the individuals within it. This experience ignited my passion for helping and supporting people to create happier and more productive work cultures.

My role at Fruitful is exactly that, to help and support all our DiSC Facilitators with any of their DiSC needs. My i DiSC style means I bring a high level of enthusiasm and energy to tasks and welcome collaboration. Supporting colleagues and clients to achieve their targets in a stress-free way is a top priority for me!

We also have a team of associates who specialise in personal and organisational development for leadership, management and team performance.
