In-Person Train-the-Facilitator Programme
This programme is designed for experienced facilitators who want a thorough and practical route to building the competence and confidence to improve whole-team performance, without seeking official Wiley accreditation.
Programme description
This two-day train-the-facilitator programme is delivered by one of Fruitful’s lead facilitators with extensive experience in organisational and team development.
You will build the core knowledge and practical tools needed to facilitate these powerful solutions. The programme helps you develop the skills to assess and support high-performing, cohesive teams.
