What does Everything DiSC measure?
Everything DiSC profiles describe how you behave at work, helping you understand yourself and connect more effectively with others. Profiles cover four key dimensions:
- How you respond to challenges
- How you influence others
- Your preferred pace
- How you react to rules and procedures
It does not measure every dimension of your personality.
How does an Everything DiSC assessment work?
Simple to complete
The Everything DiSC assessment is quick and easy to complete online. You answer a short questionnaire about your own behaviour, rating responses on a scale from strongly agree to strongly disagree. It takes around 20 minutes and there are no right or wrong answers. DiSC measures your behavioural style, not your intelligence, aptitude, mental health, or values.
Easy to understand
Your responses are scored electronically and displayed as a dot on the DiSC circumplex model. As well as the four DiSC personality types, the model breaks down into 12 further segments. Everyone is a blend of all four styles and no style is more valuable than another. The result is a rich, detailed, and personalised profile with practical strategies you can apply straight away.
