The team effectiveness exercise
One of Patrick Lencioni’s exercises is the team effectiveness exercise is recommended for helping teams achieve accountability. This exercise is both quick and amazingly effective!
This exercise should only be undertaken once the team has developed a level of trust and have worked together for two or three months so they have formed observation-based opinions of one another already.
