The Five Dysfunctions of a Team
The Five Dysfunctions of a Team remains Patrick Lencioni’s most celebrated work, and one of the most influential business books of the past two decades. Now available in a 20th Anniversary Edition, the book has sold over 2.5 million copies and continues to sit on bestseller lists more than 20 years after it was first published.
Told through a unique leadership fable, the book focuses on the collective behaviours that make or break a team, and provides a practical, memorable framework for addressing them.
