The Leadership Challenge
Wilson James were looking for an intervention that was different. It not only needed to act as a springboard for their emerging future leaders but also to create some “wow” factor – that being selected to attend the programme was recognition and reward.
We designed a multi-step programme in partnership with the internal Learning & Development Team that involved:
- 1:1 Coaching
- Workshops that covered: Leadership Styles, Coaching Skills, Prioritisation, and Leading Teams
- Business projects and presentations to the Board
- Experiential residential using the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst
