Personal and Organisational Development programme using Everything DiSC
Sky was looking for a way of continuing to develop their experienced managers – especially around communication. The outcome they were looking for was a mass of leaders who felt more aware, skilled and confident to communicate (coach, support, offer feedback etc).
Time was precious so we designed a series of 3 hour workshops that engaged the participants using a behavioural tool and then provided an ongoing learning platform that they could interact with, refresh knowledge and connect to colleagues to compare and contrast styles. We started with their Senior Leadership Team and encouraged them to both role model and coach their direct reports so that the impact of the sessions were amplified.
