Senior Team Development
For the last couple of years, we have been supporting the senior teams of Reckitt. An organisation that is undergoing transformation they have benefitted from having external facilitation to help develop the effectiveness of their Senior Leadership Teams across Europe. We’ve used a few tools like The Five Behaviours of a Cohesive Team and Everything DiSC to help develop all important trust and positive conflict. Our approach is to act as Team Coach rather than instructor – playing the role sensitively to the needs of the group whilst at the same time not being afraid to challenge and provoke meaningful conversation.
