Tina Neville-Davies

Since graduating from Manchester University with a BSc in Hotel and Institutional Management; Tina spent her early career managing and developing teams in the supply chain and financial services sectors before becoming an independent management consultant.

With over 30 years’ experience developing her business consultancy, coaching and facilitation skills, she has been a partner with Fruitful Group since 2006 and shares her experience and pragmatic approach on leadership development and team transformation with clients such as Old Mutual Global Investments, Dairy Crest, Deutsche Bank and Specsavers Group; developing their leadership and talent capabilities to create positive lasting change in business performance and culture.

As well as a Diploma in Performance and Transformational Coaching she is also accredited in using a variety of psychometric / profiling tools including Everything DiSC, The Five Behaviours of a Cohesive Team Programme, Insights Discovery Profiling, Emotional Intelligence and Transactional Analysis. She is also a regular guest speaker at the Academy of Chief Executives.

As an enthusiastic, motivational coach and facilitator, Tina has a ‘glass half full attitude’ to life and her real passion is helping individuals and teams make the small pragmatic changes that are both sustainable yet significant in terms of improving performance and engagement.
