Julio Arquimbau

Julio began his career in banking, where he spent half of his career working through the ranks in branch based, retail, business and corporate customer facing rolls. The other half of Julio’s career was in various learning and development roles regionally, nationally and globally facing off to all levels of audience and many business areas and functions.  This has equipped Julio with business acumen, customer focus and a passion for developing people.

Julio is now a learning consultant and an effective and confident facilitator who has designed and delivered global learning solutions including numerous leadership and management programmes (including an award winning programme), induction, graduate programmes, personal development academies, cultures and values training, team-building days, e-learning leadership essential modules (award nominated), blended learning interventions and transformational productivity and goal setting programmes.

Julio is qualified in the use of Myers Briggs Type Instrument, SDI and Everything DiSC.  He is a NLP practioner and holds a TAP Master Diploma in Learning & Development.  Julio is bi-lingual and has delivered courses in Spanish.
