Delphine Koall

Originally from Paris, Delphine moved to London in 2002 to work for Eurostar where she held various commercial roles mainly in
Brand and Marketing.

in 2020, she set up her own business coaching practice to support business founders and leaders with mindset, leadership, personal branding and marketing; over the years she developed a strong interest in inter-personal communication and team dynamics.

In her private practice she specialises in supporting business cofounders to strengthen their communication and build their
leadership capabilities to accelerate the growth of their business. She is also the proud host of The Co-founders’ Show podcast.

As a team coach and facilitator, she enables corporate teams to upskill their sales and communication capabilities and also work on their team dynamic to improve their collaboration and therefore
performance. She worked in English and French with global organisations such as Signify / Philips, Sodexo, PowerForce & Bayers Pharmaceutical.

Delphine thrives in multicultural environments and is passionate to bring transformation to her clients through a mix of personal and business growth.
