Heidi Blakeway

Heidi is a Director, consultant, coach and facilitator at The Fruitful Group. Throughout her career Heidi has been driven by her true passion – to help people to grow to become the most brilliant and authentic version of themselves.

In 2014, after a senior career in HR and Learning & Development, which included time working at Marks & Spencer, IKEA and npower, Heidi founded ‘The Fruitful Toolbox’, which is now an award-winning and reputable Authorised Partner for Everything DiSC® and The Five Behaviours™ with a strong global coverage. Heidi and her team have accredited over 800 learning and development professionals in the range of Everything DiSC behavioural profiles and they continue to partner and support these clients to improve workplace culture and organisational workplace performance.

Today, Heidi’s time and focus is split training and supporting clients to use Everything DiSC across organisations, and delivering valuable leadership coaching programmes, and team interventions, – both sharing her purpose – ‘to make a real difference by helping leaders and teams achieve their personal and professional goals and potential, in the most authentic way’.

Heidi’s interventions provide participants with a valuable opportunity to ‘press pause’ in their busy lives to focus on what they are trying to achieve and to make real progress towards their goals. Developing self-awareness, navigating the complexity of human relationships and dynamics, and helping leaders and teams be the best they can be, is the space she thrives in. Her approach combines Psychology, learning models and tools, techniques, and behavioural profiling. She prefers working at a deeper level, working with the person/people, rather than the problem or challenge itself.

Heidi is often described as competent, down-to-earth, energizing and collaborative – and even humorous! Her aim is always to deliver results – inspiring individuals to achieve their personal and professional goals whilst opening their eyes to different perspectives and possibilities.
