Tom Marshall

Tom is an Executive Coach, Career Coach and Facilitator of Leadership and Team Development, with 25 years corporate HR and L&D experience, most recently in the City as HR Leader for Marsh Ltd., the Global Leader in Insurance Broking and Risk Management. Prior to that, he spent 13 years with two of the UK’s biggest retailers, Sainsbury’s and Homebase, in various roles including UK Head of L&D.

He now helps leaders across a wide range of sectors to improve their teams’ and their own performance and effectiveness. Organisations will ask Tom to support them with a range of issues, such as increasing assertiveness and managing conflict, improving emotional intelligence, thinking and operating more strategically, delegating more effectively, coaching and empowering their people.

Tom facilitates team events, developing leadership team capability, helping teams to communicate and work together more effectively, or to manage conflict and complaints with skill and emotional intelligence.

Tom optimises the effectiveness of his workshops and coaching, using Psychometric and Teamworking Assessment tools such as Everything DiSC, Everything DiSC Work of Leaders and The Five Behaviours Of A Cohesive Team.
