Health Education England – West Midlands Local Leadership Academy (WM LLA)
Part of the NHS, WM LLA develops leadership capabilities for General Practitioners, nurses, and business managers across primary care.
The Challenge
Primary care training traditionally focused on clinical skills, with limited emphasis on leadership or interpersonal development. WM LLA needed a scalable, accessible solution that offered:

The Solution
