The Official Wiley Certification Programme is ideal if you are looking for an in-depth, theoretical knowledge of the Everything DiSC® Workplace profile. It is also well suited to organisations with international teams training across multiple locations.

 

The Virtual Wiley Everything DiSC Certification Programme is your route to becoming a fully credentialled Everything DiSC facilitator, recognised internationally by Wiley — the publisher behind the Everything DiSC suite.

Delivered entirely online, this two-week programme combines the flexibility of self-paced learning with live, expert-led virtual sessions, making it ideal for individuals and organisations working across different time zones and locations.

How the Programme Works

The Everything DiSC Certification Programme spans two weeks, combining live instructor-led sessions with self-guided online learning, so you can fit your studies around your existing commitments.

• 5 asynchronous online modules — approximately 3 hours of self-paced coursework per module
• 4 live virtual sessions — 2 hours each, led by expert trainers
• Small group facilitation practice — build confidence by practising with peers in a supportive environment
• Challenging scenario exploration — prepare for the real questions and situations that arise in DiSC workshops

Your enrolment on the programme includes your own Catalyst profile and access to Catalyst Practitioner Experience. A resource hub containing everything required to deliver effective Catalyst sessions. Inside you will find a wide range of facilitation materials including facilitator guides, slides, videos, templates and more.

Earn Your Everything DiSC Facilitator Credential

Upon successful completion of the pre-work, attendance at all four live sessions, and an open book assessment, you will earn the internationally recognised credential of Everything DiSC Facilitator — your formal recognition as a qualified practitioner of the Everything DiSC suite.
