Become a confident DiSC facilitator in two focused workshops - and leave ready to run your first DiSC 121 or Team Development session

This programme is for HR professionals, L&D practitioners, and consultants who want to facilitate Everything DiSC® with skill, confidence, and credibility. Whether you've used DiSC before or you're starting from scratch, we'll take you from observer to practitioner.

Key Learning Objectives:

1. Gain a comprehensive knowledge of the Everything DiSC® model, profiles, and the Catalyst platform - and learn to demonstrate it confidently to others

2. Experience the full Everything DiSC Workplace half-day session as a participant, so you know exactly what your future participants will feel and how to design sessions that land

3. Develop core facilitation skills: how to hold the frame, use DiSC language correctly, manage group dynamics, handle resistance, and create genuine insight in the room

4. Practise delivering a real DiSC session section and receive structured, evidence-based feedback from peers and your facilitator

5. Understand the theory and research behind Everything DiSC and how to respond confidently to challenging questions from participants

6. Leave with a clear plan for embedding DiSC - in 121s, team sessions, leadership programmes, and ongoing organisational culture

What You'll Do:

Session 1 (3.5 hours, virtual): Experience the full Everything DiSC Workplace half-day session as a participant. You'll explore the Catalyst platform, develop your facilitation eye, and identify the key decisions a skilled facilitator makes at every stage.

Session 2 (3.5 hours, virtual - Practice Day): You deliver a section of a real DiSC session, receive structured peer and facilitator feedback, and work through advanced scenarios including resistance, difficult group dynamics, and tricky participant questions.

Self-directed learning (approx. 4 hours)

2 x 3.5 hour virtual, live, facilitator-led, interactive modules delivered on zoom.

  You don't need prior DiSC experience. You do need to be willing to participate, practise, and receive feedback.

  In-House Option

  We run this programme exclusively for your organisation's team. Everything is the same - same sessions, same certificate, same resource hub - but your cohort works through it together, which builds shared language and peer accountability from day one. Contact us to discuss dates and group size.

  Cancellation Policy

  If you are unable to attend your programme, we will offer you alternative programme dates. If you wish to terminate your agreement, you can cancel your booking up to a maximum of 3 weeks before your programme start date.
