Programme description
This programme gives participants a strong knowledge of the principles of the Everything DiSC Workplace model, profile and the learning experience and when and how to use it to improve self-awareness, communication, relationships and team performance.
Learning is embedded by completing approximately 4.5 hours self-directed learning. Activities include delivering a 121 DiSC feedback session or facilitating a short team session, additional reading, watching videos and listening to a DiSC style podcast.
The programme provides an interactive, thorough learning experience, an opportunity to see Everything DiSC in action in a virtual environment and a chance to meet fellow facilitator.

Key Learning Objectives:

1. Gain a comprehensive knowledge of the Everything DiSC model, profiles, facilitator materials & support
2. Learn how to use Everything DiSC on a 121 basis to develop self-awareness & personal effectiveness (as a leader, manager, team member – and even partner or parent!)
3. Learn how to use Everything DiSC with teams to increase awareness, improve relationships & develop team performance
4. Understand the theory & research behind Everything DiSC & how to respond to tricky questions
5. Understand strategies to keep DiSC alive and how to develop a DiSC culture

Delivery
2 x 3.5 hour virtual, live, facilitator-led, interactive modules delivered on zoom.

Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend your programme, we will offer you alternative programme dates. If you wish to terminate your agreement, you can cancel your booking up to a maximum of 3 weeks before your programme start date.
