Everything DiSC Management increases management effectiveness by focusing on five key areas:

  • Modules 1 and 2: Introduction to Your Management Style: Participants discover how DiSC affects management style, including decision making and problem-solving. Participants will also learn to identify others’ DiSC styles using behavioural cues.

  • Module 2: Destructive Responses: Participants learn how their thoughts can influence conflict behaviors and what thoughts and behaviors might be typical for them 50 minutes.
  • Module 3: Changing Your Response: Participants learn how to “catch” and reframe their thoughts, which can help them choose more productive behaviors in conflict. 90 minutes.

Six 50-Minute Modules

Section I: Understanding Your DiSC Sales Style

  • Module 1: Introduction to the DiSC Sales Map. Participants learn about their DiSC sales style and how personal priorities influence their selling behaviours.
  • Module 2: Participants use what they’ve learned about sales priorities in an interviewing activity.

Section II: Recognizing and Understanding Customer Buying Styles

  • Module 3: Participants learn customer mapping, a new way of people-reading. They practice their customer-mapping skills in a competitive video-based activity.
  • Module 4: Participants learn about different customer priorities, then use their new skills to identify the buying styles of current customers.

Section III: Adapting Your Sales Style to Your Customer’s Buying Style

  • Module 5: Participants use their DiSC Sales Maps to understand how to navigate from their own styles to those of different types of customers.
  • Module 6: Participants role play adapting to their most challenging customer and complete an interaction plan for working with that customer.

The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team  includes:

The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team- £995+VAT

Seven modules from 1 to 3 ½ hours in length. Each module includes:

Annotated Team Report

This tool is used by the facilitator when preparing for a team session. The report is a copy of the team profile with the following notations:

  • Expanded explanation of profile content
  • Scoring interpretation
  • Resources for additional information
  • Indicators of personalized/tailored content

In addition, an appendix includes a ranking of all assessment items by team average and the team’s percentile for each of The Five Behaviors.

Podcasts

Hear first-hand how to interpret The Five Behaviors reports so you can easily and thoroughly answer participant questions. Gain insightful information from our Director of Research that you can’t find anywhere else. The podcast is broken up into short clips that cover The Five Behaviors model, the team profile, and the Annotated Team Report.

The fully scripted Facilitator’s Guide includes supporting presentation materials and participant handouts. Through the use of experiential activities, video, and discussion, an intact team is led through the powerful The Five Behaviors model, learning and practicing the behaviors that will make the team more cohesive and improve its performance. Please note: team member profiles are purchased separately.
